Privacy Policy
Pixaloon is provided by Oren Kesler, using the SababiLabs brand. This policy explains information handled by the game, optional advertising services, this support website, and support correspondence. Contact: pixaloonsupport@sababilabs.com.
Playing and saving
No game account is required. Progress, collected stickers, settings, tutorial history, stars and reward records are saved in the app’s private storage on your device, including local recovery copies. We do not operate a cloud gameplay database or provide our own cross-device save synchronization.
Your device or Apple services may back up app data according to your settings. Removing app data or losing a device can result in lost progress. We cannot remotely retrieve a local save using your email address.
Optional rewarded advertisements
Pixaloon includes optional rewarded ads provided through Google AdMob. You can play without choosing to watch an ad. The game requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher first-party identifiers, and applies age-related request settings. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing.
Google’s advertising and privacy services may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, device or app-scoped identifiers, advertising interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics. These services use information for ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention and service operation. Information sent to these providers is governed by their practices and applicable choices.

Age groups and privacy choices
Before preparing an ad, the game asks for a broad age group: under 13, 13–15, 16–17, or 18 and older. The selected group is saved locally; we do not ask for a full date of birth. Age restrictions and consent signals may be sent to Google’s privacy and advertising services.
Google’s User Messaging Platform may display a privacy form where applicable. When a privacy-options form is required, it can be reopened using Privacy choices in Settings. Age selection alone is not parental consent. The game is intended for a mixed audience, including children; parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s information or privacy choices.
Purchases and analytics
This version does not offer in-app purchases. We do not receive payment-card information. We have not added a separate developer gameplay analytics service. Apple may provide aggregated usage or diagnostic information according to Apple’s services and your device settings; see Apple’s Privacy Policy. Advertising providers’ measurement is described above.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information about children.
This website
This support site does not include advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or social trackers. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process request information such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Retention, security and your rights
Local game data remains in the app’s storage until removed or replaced through normal operation. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Google, Apple and the website hosting provider retain information they handle under their own policies; deleting the game does not automatically delete their records.
Providers may process information outside your country. Applicable rights can include requesting access, correction, deletion or restrictions on processing. A parent or guardian can make a request for a child. Contact us at the address above; we may need proportionate information to verify a request. Requests about information independently held by a provider may need to be directed to that provider. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Policy updates
We will update this page if our practices change and provide additional notice or choices where required. Changes do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
