Terms of Use
Pixaloon is provided by Oren Kesler under the SababiLabs brand. These game-specific terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. They do not replace mandatory consumer rights or Apple’s applicable terms.
Use of the game
You may play Pixaloon for personal entertainment under the applicable license. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, manipulate rewards fraudulently, or interfere with the game or its services. This does not restrict uses protected by applicable law. Parents and guardians should review the game and its privacy information with children as appropriate.
Stars, hints and optional ads
Stars are virtual game items used for features such as hints. They are not money, cannot be transferred between players, and cannot be exchanged by us for cash. The game displays a hint’s star cost before you confirm it.
This version does not offer paid purchases. Optional rewarded ads may grant the reward displayed in the game after the advertising provider confirms completion. Ad availability and successful playback are not guaranteed. Closing an ad without earning the reward does not grant stars.
Progress and availability
Progress is saved locally on your device. Reinstalling, deleting app data, changing devices, storage problems or technical faults may affect your progress and stars. The game does not provide its own cloud synchronization. We take reasonable care with updates but cannot guarantee recovery of every local record or uninterrupted availability.
We may update the game, its content and features, subject to applicable law. Contact support if you experience a technical problem.
Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Apple services, Google advertising and external destinations are subject to their own applicable policies and terms. These references do not exclude obligations that remain ours.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability where doing so is unlawful. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies continue to apply. We do not impose a blanket waiver of consumer rights or a mandatory arbitration requirement through these terms.
